If you only knew what it's like in my world...

I have been asked what it's like to live in my world at times...I'm not quite sure why, but now I guess you can know. FYI - my world consists of Jason, my darling husband, Lucas, the apple of my eye, Jader the wonder-dog and various other characters that make my world worth living in...

Back in OHIO!

Yeah, if you are from the sunny state of Arizona (or from Ohio for that matter) you are probably wondering why I am so happy to come back to this...blah weather. I don't care. I'm home. It's really nice to be in my house and do my own thing my own way and not care what anyone else thinks about it because you know why? IT'S MINE AND I CAN DO WHATEVER THE H*** I WANT! Lucas is happy to be home too. It's new territory for him to explore and he hasn't explored it all. Right now he is re-kindling his love with his swing and trying to eat the toys on the tray. I think he might be getting a little bored (or sick) right now. I'm not sure...hold on...there, I slowed it down. Much better. Anyway, that's my update for now. Now comes the month of visiting and questions but oh well. At least I'm at home and have people who I can visit with! Oh, and did I mention that I'm home?

Easter!

We had a good Easter in Arizona. All of the west coast kids were together (From left:) Jacob, Anthony, Kyle, Garrett, Jordyn and Lucas.
We had a cookout, and man was it nice to actually eat outside on Easter in the 80 degree weather (sorry, I just had to do it!). Lucas got a little Easter basket made up of finger puffs and a Zwieback toast. He is still enjoying his treats! After all of the company left, we played in the pool and then just chilled out the rest of the day. I cleaned our room because it was pretty bad and then watched TV with Luke and Jason. Very relaxing!
Daddy was in the shower so we could sneak a picture of our little bunny. Isn't he so cute?
Aunt Suzie read Lucas her favorite book Home For a Bunny. He did actually enjoy the book...once he had his pacifier.
Jader couldn't contain himself. He had to wear the bunny ears too.
Happy First Easter Lucas!

An update on the crawling issue. Not an issue so much any more. Luke crawls all over the place. Just this morning he did a lap around the kitchen table and then followed Jason back to the one bedroom. This kid goes everywhere! It's pretty fun! As you can see here, he has crawled over to Garrett to have him read a book. What a good kid...both of them!

Swimming in the pool

Don't you love the Nemo trunks?
Aw mom, do I have to wear a hat?
He loves the water!

Sorry it's been a while since I've posted. I know that you all anxiously await seeing pictures. Luke and I will be heading home in 12 days. Yeah! We will miss this beautiful weather though. Luckily it will be pretty hot in Phoenix when we leave. It was almost 100 today. Alright, enjoy your pictures!

Being goofy at the dinner table. He was eating a snack.

The cool afghan is finished!

It took me awhile, but it's kinda cool! It's a birthday present so I don't get to keep it, but I think I may make another one because I really had fun with it! See, this is something else that I do with my spare time. I've recently joined a website called crochetville.com to bond with other crocheters like myself. WooHoo!

Grandma Tedi sent these lovely Cavs gear for Jason and Luke (I didn't really want anything). Aren't they cute? And the outfit that Luke is in...18 months on an 8 month old kid. He's too big! Notice Jader hurridly trying to get in the picture with his dog. Poor puppy doesn't get a lot of loving.

Eating can be so tiring sometimes...especially for this tank!

Hey Lucas, we're putting the band back together.
